No.  You are thinking of Mindcryme.  He is under the impression that ASCII
art is to be viewed in his personal choice of font (MS Sans Serif) and that
art written to be viewed in this font is correctly formatted, and the art
written to be viewed in the, indeed proper, font is incorrect.

I'm sorry I did not make this clearer.
