Well, I have answer for you here.
Take a look at this example:

	<pre>
	<a href="http://www.math.fu-berlin.de/~guckes/">Sven</a>
	</pre>

Put this into an html file (suffix "html" or "htm")
look at it with some browser and think about the result!
