If someone wrote a "stein" storyline of their own,with no involvement
or simularity to any storyline of Pete's then wouldnt the writer of
that storyline own the storyline.

Application:
I write a cartoon titled "Mickey Mouse gets buttraped by BuggsBunny".
I dont think that i could publish the cartoon because Disney nor
Warner Brothers probly wouldnt let me use the copywrited characters,
but the *story* itself would be mine.Am i wrong?

Hell,i dunno,i guess it just matters whos got a better liar^h^h^hawyer.
