| You want something intriguing? See if your kanji book has the kanji
| for the "utsu" in "yuuutsu." I doubt it'll have it -- it's about a
| 29-stroke kanji that almost always carries furigana (at least whenever
| I've seen it like in the newspapers and stuff it does).
Do you mean Geki? I am counting around 20 but mostly it looks
like juat a combo of other smaller symbles like the one for
wheel and hand which makes since if you think of it as a quick moving
hand (it means attacking or hitting)
| Another cool one that I like is the old kanji for "kame" (the new one
| is a simplified version of the old one). See if you can find it --
| it's one of the rare kanji that actually somewhat looks like what it's
| supposed to represent.
It has been my experiance that a lot of the kanji symboles (especially
the esential ones) look a lot like what they represent
__
| Tree |__| Moon
--|-- |__| which with very little work looks a lot like a
/|\ | | cresent moon.
| / ,/ Mountain
| |
:F_P: |_|_|
_______ ___
|___| Ear _/ Child
|___| __\___ | female
|__--" | ___/___
-" | -| \/
/\
/ \
With just a touch of work each of these looks like what
it represents and if you can do it in little obasciis then
it is even easier in print.
