I'm all for it, provided that a translation will be given whenever possible.
I for myself, being Dutch, have little trouble reading German, but it's near
impossible for most non-Europeans (and also a lot of Europeans) to understand
what people are talking about when they're writing German.

I'd also like to suggest that if someone is so bad at English that he/she can't
possibly start to even try to translate his own post, or if he/she forgets to
translate, that someone who replies to that post translates it for him/her.
