Okay, here's what I think. The FAQ should be primarily a text document
so that it can be viewed by all browsers. There should be no distracting
images used. The basic layout should stay exactly the same. The
background and the text colours can be left up to the individual site
owner, as long as the text and links are in contrasting colours to the
background.

For instance, I did not see this Linkblue text on a glaring white
background that Veronica mentioned. I saw the default grey background,
default black text, default linkblue that is in my Netscape Navigator
3.04 (Have I already mentioned that upgrading is not an option right
now?). 

But I saw the list of FAQ links. And I could read them easily. And
that's what matters.

...well, pretty easily.


Martin, could you please put a space after each description and make the
lines shorter? (breaking the lines after "and" and "can")
