If you own a domain you are free to use every subdomain of it for msg-ID-generation (or allow others to do so). This subdomains do not have to point anywhere. e.g. if you try to reach msgid.usenet-rundfahrt.de you will just get an error-message saying that this subdomain doesn't exist. >Bug is using that server.
