Ehm, I thought, if you put a not-separate neckstrap around the neck
you had to dive THROUGH that strap to lose it...Unlikely, so safer...

Hell no, I live near a beach, and some of the hippo's here that 
walk around in teensy weensy bikini's are... are...
well, scary!

The ladies that have the body to wear a little bikini usually wear
full one-piece swimsuits.

Besides, if I really felt the unsurpressable urge to peek at boobs
I can stroll down to the nude-beach. 
(Same story there...)

Usually the things out in the open are less interesting than the
things still in the wrapping.
The poor girl who loses her bikini-top in the sea here has to walk 
back onto the crowded beach and get some t-shirt or something. It's
not very likely the sea will ever give back what it took.

Poor girl with bright red head... cute actually =)
