If I had done Guest Art for NB, which I haven't, and it didn't get put 
in, which there is no possibility of due to former admission, because of 
copyright concerns I would be, rightly or wrongly, quite forlorn of the 
missed opportunity.

Otherwise, a big rally *ra* *ra* and tally *ho* for the book. One hopes 
none of these concerns will slow you down as the book will be great 
regardless of your choices in this regard and it sounds like you know 
what you should do already.

I published someone else's book, its a surprising amount of work.
