Randy, I am not questioning your programming skills, as they are obviously
far superior to mine, but your ROT-13 program does not seem to work from
this end. Each time you run your words through the program, it becomes
similar to gibberish, not even english! Perhaps you should re-vamp your
nice little program so it trasforms text to something that those of us
who speak english can understand better.

I think you have my program confused with someone elses, since I checked the output of my program with two other programs, and it decoded it perfectly. Also, I just wrote mine yestarday, and I never put it online yet. I wrote a Windows program that has a GUI, and I have never uploaded it anywhere yet, so I assume you have mine confused with one of the little C ones posted. The smaller of the C ones DOESN'T WORK, so if you are useing it, I recomend changeing. Since you use Netscape 2.0 for Windows 3.1, try going View -> Unscramble (ROT-13) on my post.
