We've recently added a section to our website which is designed for collaborative ascii art, amongst other things. I had a similar idea recently but I didn't get off my behind to do anything about it... This should be possible!) It's possible, but it's not necessarily a good idea. The problem is if you then refresh the page, it resends your changes, possibly overwriting someone else's.
