I'm just mad at this Tweeter person for mangling my fortune teller (I wouldn't have cared had it been for nice reasons) and I did not know about any initials being wrong. For all I knew, she was just being mean about spelling Gnome wrong. > If you are going to condone that sort of behaviour from Mr. Casso then > you are digging a real hole for yourself in this newsgroup and will > thoroughly deserve any and all the flames that may come your way. I have already said in other posts that this was an accident that happened because cut and copy didn't work, and I had to copy pictures over by hand to save them. The very fact that I would have wanted to save them badly enough to copy them over by hand like that should not be taken as an insult, as it basically means that I think the ascii picture is great. > - constantly posted pointless one-liners presumably to prove that she > can post messages to Usenet. Well, my mom knows nearly nothing about computers. Also, I have asked my dad for help, but do you really think that I would say so on the newsgroup? I believe I have only test posted once in the whole time I have been here, and that was before I knew about alt.test, so I will thank you not to complain. Maybe you didn't see my other post to you, so I will put it at the end of this one, and any who don't wish to read it may wuit looking at this message now, but you, Colin, I would like to read it. -Sarah ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~ > Do you ever get anything right? Colinstein is not that indifferent >to his own intellectual property! Bzzzt. Wrong again Mr. Casso. Look, look, look again at my posting...I was actually pointing out the ongoing gormlessness of your little friend, Sarah Day, who has: - repeatedly posted, HTML here with your encouragement - stripped off names and initials from other folks' pictures which you yourself have done recently and advised all other people here to do the same. - constantly posted pointless one-liners presumably to prove that she can post messages to Usenet. - made repeated lame excuses blaming the faults in her messages on her computer or in her not understanding how to use it properly. - made no apparent attempt to get help from her parents/guardians on how to use the computer ( said to be her father's old machine ) properly or to carry out all her test postings in the newsgroup "alt.test". Now, I'm sorry, but I for one, do not appreciate that sort of ongoing performance when the person involved has been repeatedly warned about such activities and continues them culminating in her latest contribution which is to support your own latest undesirable activity...munging name credits on a whole list of pictures by different artists...the fact that this one was my Mr McHenry is incidental...that was the picture she happened to chose to comment on...it could have been anybody's picture. I have little goodwill for people who want to disrupt this newsgroup, alt.ascii-art, and for people who repeatedly try to do so in many questionable ways. So...you can expect plenty of flak and flames from me whilst those undesirable activities continue. >> What exactly are you trying to do here in this newsgroup? Draw > >She has every right to be here, and (to my surprise and delight) >Shanakastein also welcomed her here. Correct. Everyone has a right to be here. This is an unmoderated Usenet newsgroup. But people do not have the right to continue to try to disrupt a newsgroup by undesirable activities against that newsgroup in ways that tend to make it unuseable without resorting to killfiles or other measures which should not normally be necessary. Although you will choose not to believe me...I will repeat that what you have done to _my own personal pictures_ matters little to me. What does matter is your own deliberate munging of credits/names on all the pictures you selected and posted. So. Look, look, look...Your friend and ally, Sarah Day, was condoning that behaviour of yours and I found, and find, that totally unacceptable. Perpetually,
Sarah Day <med...@micron.net> wrote: > Hero? Hardly. I don't care who made the picture. I'm just mad at > this Tweeter person for mangling my fortune teller (I wouldn't > have cared had it been for nice reasons) It was Pete Casso not Tweeter who reposted your Fortune Teller picture...with a new comment, and he certainly did not do that for nice reasons. Tweeter simply made a repost based on Casso's own repost of your Fortune Teller picture. --------------------------------------------------------------------

Sarah, there was no need to apologize again and again. There was also no need to respond to the subsequent paragraphs, everyone understands that they were hate messages. Responding to such hate messages can hurt you. Just post your pics as someone encouraged you to do, although the advisor and me are not on good terms, THAT was good advice! ========================================================= [] .oo Visit the Gallery of the 'steins! Um, I highlight, do ctrl-c, then go to Wordpad or Word or Works, or whatever I am going to use, and do ctrl-v.
