"Skippy" is a barely competent troll who holds a grudge against
alt.life.sucks.  He's boobytrapping his posts with a "Followup-To"
header to send responses to his posts to two groups while only
actually posting it to one - yours.  He's trying to recruit people
from your newsgroup to help flood a.l.s with off-topic crossposts.  He
sent this same message to dozens of newsgroups.  :(

Note that Skippy's message headers are heavily forged - he's actually
posting from Altopia (alt.net) and *not* from anywhere in Australia.

Good people of alt.ascii-art and alt.religion.scientology, there is no
threat from alt.life.sucks.  Take it from a bona fide alser, this
fellow's is a troll, hell bent on disrupting our newsgroup. He, (and
his friends?) have already made alt.life.sucks practically unreadable,
by dragging cross posts into the group, to anybody without a damn good
killfilter. Come over and look at the mess, if you don't believe me.
This is just a new tactic, designed to disrupt our newsgroup further.

In conclusion, I would like to express my regret that this has spilled
over into your group. I would also respectfully request that all of
your subscribers ignore any future blatherings from this idiot.
