Can Veronicastein and Spunkystein please behave better and stop bickering like 7 year olds? I recently posted an article on "Text Art Plus" for people to enjoy, but then came Veronicastein and Spunkystein throwing things at me. THAT poisons the atmosphere. I rather do my own stuff that people enjoy, I believe most of us on this newsgroup prefer things that way too. ,, ( "> ,(->)-> http://members.aol.com/petecasso ( ^^ Frogstein and Birdstein (ascii art comic strips) Jump, Frogstein, Jump! (animated cartoons) Style, Birdstein, Style! (Text Art Plus)
I agree with both sides. Pete Casso is right that we should shut up about this. The other side is right about ASCII art. ASCII art is as it is said "ASCII". Delimited text. No bold, italic, underline, etc. Text Art Plus is Text Art, not ASCII art. ASCII is using only readable ASCII base characters (not extended). That is the TECHNICAL definition of ASCII. Delimited text. Now everyone be quiet about it!!
