I'd just have to send them a picture, set the price (above their base price if I want any profit) and it'd be up for sale. It's like a print-on-demand thing, only with T-shirts and mugs and clocks and mouse pads and basically anything. As for taxes, here's what they have to say about that: "You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
