sorry folks... the filter will have to wait just a LITTLE bit longer... i
ran the shell script filter since last night... and it ran pretty well,
BUT, it seems to be a major security loop-hole in this system (i.e. people
can use it to by-pass security here). although this may be ascii-art, i'm
not allowed to run a feature like this if it's that big of a backdoor,
esp. to this account... i'm takin' it down until i can rewrite it in C
code... (this will be done DEFINATELY by wednesday... i have some work to
get done until then... sorry folks, once again... btw: who was the
off-campus user who was sendin' e-mail this mornin'? i should've kept log
files... 5:1 it's the scarecrow... :)

Guilty. I was just testing it out. I've already posted the result.
It took a few minutes, but it worked well. I had two sigs made, and got
the font list. It tried another sig, but the resulting Figletized word
was too wide, so I sent back a note that it was too wide.

Of the two, this was the best:

         _________
        / _____/ ____ _____ _______ ____ ___________ ______ _ __
        \_____ \_/ ___\\__ \\_ __ \_/ __ \_/ ___\_ __ \/ _ \ \/ \/ /
        / \ \___ / __ \| | \/\ ___/\ \___| | \( <_> ) /
       /_______ /\___ >____ /__| \___ >\___ >__| \____/ \/\_/
               \/ \/ \/ \/ \/
bob...@gagme.wwa.com - "If I only had a brain." The Scarecrow

Not too shabby for automation. It will be great when it's up and
running again. Especially if it has a bunch of selections for fonts and
layouts.

The following was what I tried that was too wide. I wanted to see how
it looked in upper case graffiti.
