OPEN CALL FOR ASCII ART

Zing Systems LP, an interactive television company from Englewood, CO,
seeks ASCII art representations for a contest. Winners will receive a
two-year subscription to WIRED Magazine.

All submissions must fit into a screen no larger than 4 lines by 16
characters, or be an animated series of up to 12 4-by-16 screens. Art must
use the standard ASCII set.

Any subjects can be covered, but here are some suggestions: Animals,
Caricatures, Holiday symbols, Sports, Fun objects, Facial expressions,
Hand signs, the Zodiac, Locations, and Someone going to sleep.

The deadline for entries is December 1. Send entries to this account,
ste...@aol.com.

The ten best submissions, as determined by Zing Systems LP in its sole
discretion, will receive a two-year subscription to WIRED magazine. All
submissions will become the sole property of Zing Systems LP.
