Story to this: as the admins at our university cut down the quota from 8MB
to 5MB, I wrote "Quota-Problems? 'rm -rf ~/*'" on a blackboard somewhere...
There where lot's of people coming to the sysadmin "all my files are
lost!"... (most evil grin >;)

Incidentally, looking up "diddle" at www.m-w.com produced quite an
interesting list of definitions. I'm not sure about some of them, but
"to waste (as time) in trifling" seems rather fitting.

"Ob" is an abbreviation of obligatory. ObWhatever is used to mark a section
inserted into an off-topic post to keep it at least partially on topic. Some
groups are pretty strict about such things - alt.ascii-art generally isn't,
but it never hurts to add a picture to your post.
ObAscii: Well, this one's old, but someone recently requested a beer glass.
