I don't think anybody has found a way yet, but if you do...

Suggestions:

* Complain to M$
* Get some other program

[Hmmm.... idea... how about making some nice, innocent looking picture
that turned into something _rude_ in OE5 by triggering those file://
thingies...? Something like my "NO HTML!" picture...]
