>There is no valve to shut off--Ive tried the traditional but insane route
of online help at microsoft...i got the "head scratch" "butt scratch", i got
the generic response to seek out their help documents on line, I got "gasp"
directions on altering the registry..also recommended using the repair
kit...all unrelated because this is an OE BUG! ...what I DID NOT get was a
response such as this: oh goodness, a bug, we will get right on
it...soooooo... there are ways to try to eliminate them after they show
up--I got a little tuturial from a happy and kind person here ;) try
backspacing over the file:// stuff
and replace with dots, periods...kind of alters your art but most times just
a dot will do :)
