By the way, using the " as quote char is realy unusual, and not
supported by many newsreaders. So my question is, because of what reason

I ask you polite of what reason you use it, and you gave me such an
answer. I don't write anything about ASCII or not ASCII. Again, if you
would use a standard quote char, many newsreaders can handle quoted text
correct, if they quote these text again and insert a line break or use a
different color for quoted text. Because of your reaction about this
topic to me and others you don't want to understand this. So what, talk
with my killfile.

The most often use and the most standard quotation character in internet email and news is >, some people use : and |, but they're not as standard. Now if you us ", which is probably not recognised by any newsreader / email client by default, the clients can't tell where is the quoted part and where is your message body making the text a bit more difficult to visualise easily.
