My new address on the web is:
http://www.gtcom.net/~krogg/ascii/
You will find my ascii art and animations there. You will also find
Topaz new and topaz new2 there zipped up for download. If your system
supports True Type fonts then get it,Topaz new is really cool for
ascii art....................
If anyone has my old page of animations bookmarked then or listed
in thier links page then you will want to change it.My old page will
be erased soon.Besides that,my new page is a lot better.
See ya all later.

Well,I hope the idea catches on.........I would like to see how others do the same thing.Could be nice to share ideas about how to present information in ascii with good structure and clear content while keeping the intrest of viewers. Interesting thing i just noticed while checking my page stats. i have 24 hits so far 8 are netscape 3.x 8 are netscape 4.x 8 are MSIE 4 I know that this kind of spread will not stay perfect but its interesting to see. The most popular browser on my site with the tracking device is MSIE4...

Word on the street is that although AOL bought Netscape, they will continue
using MSIE in return for Microsoft bundleing AOL's software with Windows.
Apparently AOL bought Netscape primarily for the home.netscape.com site
which is visited by millions each day by users of all isps so they can make
some serious advert money!

I've got the Win32 version of Lynx installed on my 'puter and I can certify
that all of my sites are fully Lynx friendly, apart from the framesets which
you obviously have to look at the frames separately.
Lynx is a nice browser... shame my 'puter can't run console window proggys
while I'm online. (it just kinda dies on me)
And VK, for my personal web server site (the one you sometimes look at on my
IP address to see if it's me on the chat!) it picks out certain things from
the User-Agent thingy to find out what browser you are using. If you make
lynx give out 'm/4.0 MSIE' it covers everything that it uses to decide that
you are using ie4. similarly Mozilla/4.0 is enough for netscape. It uses the
browser version number to decide on the capabilities of your browser and if
you have less that a version 2 browser it gives you a no-frames version.
Anyway, this is irrelevant and off-topic, so I`ll shut up now.
