Dear John and Walter Wu:

I was just wondering how you could make Daleks when it was already
copyrighted as a game on the Apple.  Did Mike Harris (the guy who made
Daleks) announce it as public domain?

WHAT!!!  What about the BBC's rights?!?  The Daleks (both the name and their
appearance) have been in a BBC television production called Dr Who since the 
days of black and white TV!!  If Mike Harris can use the Daleks without problem
I'm sure you can make ascii-art of them with no problem...
