An hourglass, in 3D.

I don't know if you can really make it out, but you can see the edge of the
wooden base refracted through the curved glass.

And through the top half of the hourglass, you can make out the fourth
wooden pole - again, refracted through the glass.

I felt inspired by all the talk of birthdays, and went for something on the
theme of time.

Diddles are extremely welcome.
