 I'm pretty sure it is meant to be one of the Arabic scripts; I
 _think_ it is the jawi (eastern) flavour used for Indian lanuages
 as opposed to the western form used for Arabic itself.

I think it depends on the viewer's ability to read Arabic. (Mine
is virtually non-existent; I once tried to learn the language but I
soon gave up).

Oh yes, it's ascii art -- we've had figlet roman fonts. We've
had homebrew cyrillic fonts. Also greetings in Chinese ideograms.
And now we have Arabic...

Ah, let me the humble lurker help you with that. 

In Swedish:
I Kibo den mest fontigaste och sigfullastes namn - Happynet m� vara med dig

That was actually harder to translate than I thought. Probably going to 
get some Swede complaining so I better not try the Finnish version (not 
sure all those �'s and �'s would show properly).
