Hello all.
I have a question that I need an answer to...
I have some pictures that are not .gifs, jpegs, o something similar, but
.snx files.
Does anyone know any Windows programs, Amiga Dos program, and just
anything that will let me view these and edit them?
Please email me. Any help would be appreciated.
Dave

They are compressed screen images from the Second Nature screen savers/wallpaper collection for Windows 3.1. Each disk is $9.95 and contains the main program and 22 images. You can set them to run in a slide show for a screen saver and have the program set up to use them as a background wallpaper which changes after a set period of time. A lot of the pictures are really cool. I have Space Voyages, Space Voyages II, and Celestial Odyssey. -- Stephen Carter Morgan Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta Georgia, 30332 uucp: ...!{decvax,hplabs,ncar,purdue,rutgers}!gatech!prism!gt4148b Internet: gt4...@prism.gatech.edu

Are these not Aegis Sonix files? Why did you grab these things, if you don't know what they are? ;-) You must have _some_ idea? --Mat.

Ooops, I didn't notice the "some pictures" in the original post. In which case they could be X-bitmaps from the UNIX / X-Windows world. There is a datatype for these things on Aminet in the same archive as a Sun Audio (.au) datatype. Aegis Sonix indeed! Hey, I'm a stupid git, me. --Mat.
