Hi,

there's a new little animation on my page.
(Spontanously drawn after surfing into
 MIME-Plugin-alert-windows too often)

:)

I like it a lot! I do so hate those alerts!
Keep up the good work.

Andreas/Joan:
   Your animated ASCIIs are wonderful!!
   Really like the little plug-in animation.

  Tell me, though, why can't you make these in color?...or is that just
you've chosen not to. Black or white or color, they are just great.
You're both very talented.

buster

Hi Joan,

I've been looking around for it and here's what I found :

----

Only in Netscape 4 using Style Sheets:::

<HEAD>
<STYLE>
<!--
    P.small {font-size: 8pt; color: #000000; font-family: Arial;}
    P.medium {font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Arial;}
    P.large {font-size: 18pt; color: #000000; font-family: Arial;}
    INPUT {color: #000000;}
-->
</STYLE>
</HEAD>

<BODY>
<FORM>
<P class=small>Small text: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" VALUE="ABC123">
<P class=small><INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" VALUE="123ABC">
<P class=medium>Medium text: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" VALUE="ABC123">
<P class=medium><INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" VALUE="123ABC">
<P class=large>large text: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" VALUE="ABC123">
<P class=large><INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" VALUE="123ABC">

</BODY>
------

I did not try it because I don't use NS 4.* .

I like it a lot too. So much that it inspired me to do one in a similar
vein. If you have Netscape Navigator 3.0 that has javascript enabled,
you can see it at:

http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Studios/9334/compfix.htm

We've been having major problems with our newsfeed and occasionally
e-mail as well. Sometimes think maybe it's the computer.

Will this go international? Will this hit dejanews??? Probably not.

NOTE: If you hit the reply button, add an "e" to the "freent";
its absense is to stop the torment of automatic mailers.

Hehehe! :) Well this did go international after all
but I know the feeling very well. I usually watch
your animation to calm down now and then. Therapy!

From my point of view most of your posts actually get
through very well (but you never know :)

Andreas

P.S. Please keep your funny sigs coming! I'm a big fan of those!

Thanks Andreas; I'm glad to hear that someone notices my sigs and that
my animations offer some comfort in times of trial.

I have tried three times this morning e-mailing a reply to the e-mails
you sent me (is it your server or mine?) and each was denied access to
your address.

:) I hope, it's yours.
I don't have any problem with my mail or newsserver
as far as I know (though the news from oversea take
a while to get here.) That's the advantage of using
a university net.
