The ball is green in tennis, and white in table tennis. If we change these then we must consider changing the football to orange. Travis VanBrunt, Sociology Major. i like wrestling, weight lifting, and my fraternity..... Phi Sigma Phi
I think that to change a color of the ball would be like changing the color of a football. In tennis the ball is green, and in table tennis the ball is white..... lets keep them that way Travis VanBrunt, Sociology Major. i like wrestling, weight lifting, and my fraternity..... Phi Sigma Phi

The orange TT ball and the blue table surface were introduced some time ago for the purposes of television. Many players now prefer to play with the orange table tennis ball rather than a white ball...and there are yellow balls in use too. I always have an orange ball in my sports bag and swap it over if a white ball has been provided. I find the orange ball much easier to see than either white or yellow. o _^O .--------:\--------. ,_O~_ o' / \ I\ \:\ \ \ `o __|\ __I_`---------\:--------` __ /|____ / | I I | \ I I Bye,
