Help!!
I am using Siggen Pro, Version 2,Revision D. and am having problems.
I write my sig in the program and it looks perfect, but when I send a
test e-mail to myself the signature which looked perfect in Siggen Pro
is all out of sink and virtually unreadable. Please can anyone tell me
what i'm doing wrong??

The problem you have is that in the editor you are editing with a fixed
space font (all the characters are the same size) whereas when you put
in to your email editor it views it in a proportionally spaced font
(letters are different sizes to makeit easier and more realistic to
read). Don't worry everyone who recieves your sig will be able to view
it properly.

Hope this clears up any worries you had :)

My best guess is that your problem is related in one way or another to
word wrapping of one sort or another. First be sure that each line of
your signature ends with a HARD carriage return and not a "soft return".
Then be sure that none of the lines overrun your screen's line length.

Since it looks good to us, but not to Julie, possibly her email reader is usuing a
non-proportional font.

One suggestion, if you're using a program such as Microsoft exchange, or
the like, is that you might be using proportional fonts, which is the
problem I'm having at the moment as well. The problem is, to create a
signature that'll look good in fixed font and proportional.

Good luck.

Again for those who don't know copy and paste into notpad to get
poroper effect.. OK enough.. I'll be back me hearty's.. A nice little

Until I saw you I didn't even know that Compuserve was still in
business. What news client are you using? Just go to the top of your
screen there and click on "help" and then "about" and it should give
you some name and then you can do a Google search for what the
procedure is.

You might want to verify that information.

My resurch says that its the 4th largest ISP and as a result can not
have any where near AOLs 36 million customers.

In fact AOL owns Compuserve, which explains why I have not heard from
Compuserve in a while.

Not that I keep track of these things.

Isn't that what I said here:

Which helps explain why I did:
