Microsoft has developed its own typography for office productivity
purposes. It is called "Word Art" and is included in the MS Office
package.

My pathologically enlarged ego has developed its own typography for the
'steins. It is called "Text Art Plus" and can be found at

http://www3.sympatico.ca/petecasso/
select: The Stylesteins

Copied from that page:
What is Text Art Plus? Text Art Plus is about achieving visual effects
using styled and colored text. This is an enhancement of ascii art which
uses non-styled, and black and white text only. In addition, Text Art
Plus may use simple graphics to enhance the visual experience. Enjoy!

I have also animated and interactive versions of "Text Art Plus" which
can be found at

http://www3.sympatico.ca/petecasso/
select: The Shocksteins
