I also peeked in a few 'ascii art downloads", particularly mystic zip file, and alas the same thing--omissions of initials or identity of original ascii artists. Lady graciously admits errors or omissions are not deliberate, however, Im afraid the situation of uncredited, altered or miscredited ascii art will always exist due to files such as these being 'accepted' and 'packaged' in zips and available for circulation. It can start with one person and perhaps a domino effect will occur--not to distribute uncredited art or 'hide' the original artist's identity in the background. Many a point/counterpoint has been taken on these issues, so Im stepping down off of the podium, but not too far from it :) Prudence (ps...I thought for sure I saw the grim reaper with a whole body somewhere and with credits) >
