It does.  Unless it is X-No-Achive.  Since people may want to post the
message from someplace that doesn't allow you to futz with headers.
Like deja.com.

And it and almost every other one out there honers it if it is the
first line after the new line after the headers. 

So, I prove my point.  Don't do it.  It makes googling painfull.  And
there is nothing to stop someone like a top poster from replying to
you and leaving your whole post in his reply.  

  X-No-Archive is honered, and useless and limites the usability of
  archives.
