Those old ascii animations ran best on old slow PC/XT machines with a clock speed of 4.7Mhz and they now need slowmo programs like MOSLO to slow down COMMAND.COM on Pentiums, running at Gazillions of Mhz, if those old animations are to be viewed successfully...otherwise they are just a single flash of light on the screen.
