I can only assure you that we are _not_ planning a war against the Klingons.
Do you think I would respect the Klingon tradition of Dishonor so much if I knew
about plans to start a new war...?
And, because of my wish for peace, I made this list of recommended officers...
(By the way, let's have some fun and add a cat as helmsman... Then there will be
some interesting conflicts of interest between security and helm...)
