andy, wow! you were gracious enough to give her options, and more than
ONE! here is a bit of past intolerance from a thread earlier this
year...the whole topic is not relevant (but available for reading)
because most topics discussed are interchangeable with the end
result--veronica's bad behaviour and sour attitude...
