I got e-mail that someone using Netscape gold was getting Javascript
errors when trying to view my ASCII-animation of a piano recital at

Many thanks to The Omega in The Omega's Javascript Help Forum at
http://transload.starblvd.net/cgi-bin/forum?name=the_omega
for revising the Javascript coding so that the animation takes much less
time to load.
Apparently, there was nothing really wrong with the coding and it was a
memory problem. But I'm so thrilled that the size of the animation has
been cut in half without removing any frames. I have since heard from
the Netscape Gold user that the animation was viewed with no problem.
I was going to copy Donovan's idea and have the pianist playing Chopin's
Minute Waltz by hitting the play button but I would need to find a midi
of Chopin's 3 second Waltz in order to have it finished by the time the
player gets up from the keyboard to bow.
NOTE: If you hit the reply button, add an "e" to the "freent";
its absense is to stop the torment of automatic mailers.
