Oh come off it Pete. Apart from your cartoons, what have you done
to help this newsgroup "alt.ascii-art"?

Your main aims appear to be to:

- promote the use of HTML and encourage all attempts to do so here.

- applaud newcomers like Mehta who post offensive messages and
poohpooh the FAQs and Usenet Netiquette.

- encourage schoolgirls like Sarah to continue to post without
due regard to FAQs and good posting procedures.

- attempt to stir up arguments which you so clearly enjoy, find
entertaining and wish to continue as long as people will engage
in them. That is a hallmark of a Newsgroup Troll. Many newsgroups
have them, some Trolls are resident others are transient.

When have you ever suggested to a newcomer that they should read and
study the FAQs before continuing to post articles here?

So, to reiterate...apart from your stein cartoons, which I don't
personally object to...what have you done to improve this newsgroup
which so many enjoy...including yourself in your own way?
