From the Monty Python FAQ (http://www.tuatha.org/~simon/mpfaq.html):

   Just like my dear Papa.   (Other versions: "Just like my dear Mama.")

Most of the lyrics on the web seem to use "dear papa", but this may
simply be because most of them seem to be transcribed from Monty Python
at the Hollywood Bowl, which used those words.

One of the more interesting quotes brought up by my searches was:
