You can use \ and " by doing \\ and \" respectively ... and as for line
breaks, try feeding this into a text box...
\r\n (Carriage Return and LIne feed)

\\___/\r\n"
(Take out the 72-column wrap!)
I don't know if this would work for a <PRE> tag, and frankly I don't much
care, but try it like that anyway.
