Oh, no, it's not. It's a special thing that can only be found in
Swedish. Not in any other language. If you say that it exists in English
then you just haven't _understood_ it yet.

There's nothing feminine about it either. In fact it was invented by
beer-drinking men who wanted to pass a big mug of beer around the table.
Everybody should be able to get a share but when the mug came back to
the top again there should be nothing left in it. To make this work each
person at the table had to make a perfect judgement of how much to
drink.

"Not too much and not too little" is over-simplifying this. Just think,
there wouldn't be so many explanations about this on the web if it was
that simple... Sometimes lagom can mean "More than you have on that
plate!", sometimes it can mean "Nothing, please!".
