I think that the person who accused the maker of that apple to use
non-standard ascii meant that the picture contained characters in that
range, which I claim that it doesn't. The range 128-255 has different
definitions and interpretations on different computers (even in
different programs in the same computer) and I have got the impression
that they are considered unsuitable for ascii pictures. Your table would
probably come up as ape shit on my screen, in any case not as what you
intended, but please post it and I will show you a screen shot of what
shows up when I try to watch it... (if you use a PC with Windows 3.x or
Win95 you can make a similar picture using this program:
