AmigaDOS is quite Unix-like in its function, but uses commands more familiar
to MS-DOS users. Of course, when I first used AmigaDOS I didn't have
anything else to base it on ... I learnt how to use MS-DOS based on what I
knew of AmigaDOS, which led to lots of frustration along the way! :)

Argh, I have 1.2, 1.3 and 2.1... so I've missed the better library
altogether! :)

I never really used MEMACS that much, preferring Ed. I guess it's like the
difference between Pico and EMACS, really :)

I realise that this is a wholly innaccurate rendition of the KS2.0/3.0 boot
screen, but to be honest I can't be bothered to wander upstairs and boot up
one of my A500+s :)
