anyone remember someone called 'grumps'?

anyone remember someone called 'grumps'?

I visited the following website:
http://avatar.phys-plant.utoledo.edu:4646/4047
Galleria des Moos....

I have found several pics that I **KNOW** that someone else created...
and they are now signed by 'grumps'

ie:
http://avatar.phys-plant.utoledo.edu:4646/4047
I know this pic was made by B'ger
although it states "Lucifer's Pic was created by grumps. "

and
http://avatar.phys-plant.utoledo.edu:4646/2740
This was also created by B'ger...
also states, "created by grumps"

http://sensemedia.net/sprawl/47343
I'm somewhat sure that this was made by Tripp Petigrew

http://avatar.phys-plant.utoledo.edu:4646/4050
a dragon by Tua Xiong.. but "created by grumps"

I'm contemplating taking this site off of the main ASCII art listing site
(at: http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/2695/links.htm )
because of the deliberate plagerism. And I'm wondering, perhaps
we ought to have an ASCII 'hall of shame' for such sites. Thoughts?
I know that I don't want to be promoting sites like this.
