       Sorry, the way I capture adds extra lines from the
online reader, and I have to delete them, I may have made
a mistake, I will be more careful.
       ALT-096 seems to be invisible in Usenet text mode,
here is ALT-095  _   and here is ALT-096  `   which is
invisible (sorry, but a lot of things I do are invisible). :-)
       I see a lot of talk about font types in notepad,
but on Usenet, a character is just an ASCII number between
32 and 126 (or whatever), and will display differently
in different readers (you probably see 096 above, I don't).
       I am surprised that 96 decimal ASCII is invisible,
there must be a reason for it.   There are a couple of
special characters on Usenet, including a substitute
ESCape character (I think), I try to avoid them, and
just use the "typewriter" keys.
