So there is room for a MOT here! I want a ring of NCU (Noise 
Cancellation Units) around a perimeter and then within that ring - 
blissful silence, only the noises made within the perimeter can be heard 
by those inside it.

Simon -> Hmmm headphones kinda cancel noise anyway don't they by being 
placed over your ears? I guess the BOSE ones would be even better...
