Yes, I know there are broken links etc. I should finish reorganizing the
pages one of these days. Currently I have the sources, and binaries for
MS-DOS and the Amiga. Note that I just compiled the DOS version, and while
it seems to work I won't guarantee anything. And yes, I know the code
gives a few warnings - those'll be gone in v0.4.

But it is small - the .EXE is only about 12kb. And it should do anything
asctool can. The default mapping is slightly different, but making a
custom map file for compatibility shouldn't be hard.
