There are several sources of info: * the public info written by the makers of the tool, often posted on their websites, do a keyword search with one of the web search engines * ask the makers of the tool to draft an entry for the FAQ (good publicity for them, may not be bias free, but not much work for you) * do a keyword search in DejaNews on the product, it means more work for you (analyzing the comments) but it will also be more bias free. For example, the tool mentioned in the above, ACIDDRAW is not really a web oriented tool, you can use it for the web, but you have to bend over backwards. It is therefore far from being "the only ascii tool you will ever need" although the tool has interesting capabilities. P.S. This is my first message ever on Netscape Collabra that I just downloaded and installed a few minutes ago, sorry for any possible glitches. ========================================================= [] ,, [] [] ( "> Visit the Gallery of the 'steins!
