Yes, but I think we can safely assume no-one posts here using a C64

Well, I think most people would figure that out. On the other hand I
don't think that many alphanumerical characters are used in the artsy
part of ASCII-pictures. They're mostly used in signs and so forth. (I
know someone is going to reply with a picture full of mixed-case
letters)

I just realized that would hale looked SOO much better like this:

 ,---. ,---v---v---v---, ,---v---v---v
 |Esc| |F1 |F2 |F3 |F4 | |F5 |F6 |F7 |
 | | | | | | | | | | |
 `---' `---^---^---^---' `---^---^---^

Then again, maybe not....

That's a dollar sign!

Yep. First press the umlaut, then a,e,i,o,u,y,
the same with the "pretty much '"-key, press it (or `) and a,e,i,o,u,y
or "^" or "~" and some other key...

Aww, it's not that good.. *basks*

If you want to do it, use my keyboard as a template, if you wish, I'm
too lazy. I might have had too much time to make my own keyboard, but to
make more...

> Oh, and I really love the way you did the windows- and them menu-key :)

They look a bit bad on my end, though, because Lucida console has the
tilde at about the same height as the dash, so it looks something like
this: While it of course SHOULD look like this:

        | | /\/ | |
      --+--+-- --+--+--
  /\/ | | | |
      --+--+-- --+--+--
        | | | |
                   /\/

  /\/

So I did those keys with other fonts in mind.
