Re: So, You Want To Make Text Art?
okay, I"m a newbie to ASCII art and so should probably be keeping my mouth shut, but... IMHO BOTH of your methods are sound--the FAQ's and the chart are great for those who are more technical minded, whereas the how-to's are great for the more artistically minded.... I'm finding BOTH helpful )....I don't think the keyboard type really matters, since most are multilingual...I have mine set for three different languages...I just change as I need to depending on what I"m doing I think (and this is JUST my observation) that if you two ever decided to team up on teaching we'd ALL be "experts" since between you you can teach anyone, no matter what type of learning they are best at..... I"m sorry if this offends anyone, it isn't meant to....I"m just trying to learn how to make more small (4 lines or less) ASCII pics instead of having to wait around for someone else to make what I want/need and then talking them into letting me use it... __(.)< __(.)< __(.)= Ain't that \___) \___) \___) just ducky? -- OF COURSE I'm a brat lol %HGLForever, %KimberBoh ICQ 12890816 Host/Trainer/Director HGL Cribbage TR5 "Lennert Stock" <l...@gate99.nl> wrote in message news:8u7...@4ax.com... > On Sun, 02 Jan 2000 01:57:36 +0100, Veronica Karlsson > <aci...@earthling.net> wrote: > > >Joris Bellenger French keyboard? > >Armando Franzao Portugese keyboard? > >Veronica Karlsson Swedish keyboard. > >Maija Finnish keyboard? > >Dariusz Sieradzki Polish keyboard? > >Valery Silivanov Russian keyboard? > >Lennert Stock Dutch keyboard? > >Theo van Eck Dutch keyboard? > >Hayley Jane Wakenshaw Dutch keyboard? > > I'm using a Logitech Cordless Keyboard using English (USA) or Dutch > settings.
