I am sure someone with some graphics software could pull it off with
very little work.  For anyone out there with the software.
     1) take a static picture of the whole thing.
     2) "tilt" it at about a 5% angle so that the bottem of the image
        is just slightly bigger than the top.
     3) and blur the whole thing just a hair.
     4) take another picture of the original and inlarge it by maybe
        5%
     5) Sharpen the key text and turn the rest of the second image
        into a 100% transparancy
     6) layer image two over image one.  Post to some binary group
        where he can see it
